Fortnite has another lawsuit to deal with over the alleged theft of some popular dance moves.

Alfonso Ribeiro announced he is also going after Fortnite’s creator Epic Games and 2K Games, for stealing some dance moves he made popular on the hit TV show “The Fresh Prince of Bel Air.”

Fans old enough to remember the show can recall laughing to Carlton’s moves anytime Tom Jones’ song “It’s Not Unusual” would play.

Epic stole Carlton’s moves and turned them into emotes for Fortnite, and 2K Games for using the dance in NBA2K without the proper permission, according to the latest lawsuit over dances contained in the game.

Earlier this month, rapper 2 Milly also sued Epic Games over his dance “Milly Rock” for the alleged misappropriation, sale and use of the dance in the game.

Epic allegedly took the “Milly Rock” dance and called it the “Swipe It” on “Fortnite’s” Season 5.

“Fortnite” generates millions off the dance emotes, yet they never sought permission from the creators of the dance moves according to David Hecht of Pierce Bainbridge Beck Price & Hecht LLP, which represents both artists. 4
