Kanye West Model from Bad Girls Club Indicted For Using Dead Man’s Credit Card

Kanye West Model Indicted For Using Dead Man's Credit Card

One of the famous model twins will have to explain to a judge why she used a dead man’s credit card.
Model Shannade Clermont has been indicted on three felony charges for allegedly stealing a dead man’s identity and embarking on a spending spree.

The 24-year-old, who features alongside her twin sister Shannon in Kanye West’s Yeezy season six fashion campaign, was arrested and charged last month for wire fraud, access device fraud, and aggravated identity theft.

She is accused of taking the debit card information of a New York man who had supposedly hired Clermont as a prostitute for the night.

He was found dead from a cocaine and fentanyl overdose at his home hours later.

Authorities subsequently discovered his card had been used to rack up $20,000 in charges for months after his passing.

The beauty, who previously starred on raunchy U.S. reality TV series “Bad Girls Club,” has now been indicted by a grand jury.

According to the indictment, if convicted, she must forfeit any property she purchased with the stolen funds, and repay the remainder of the money.

Clermont faces a lengthy prison stint if found guilty, as one of the charges alone carries up to 20 years behind bars.

Meanwhile, the model, who was freed on $100,000 bail following her arrest, is also facing allegations of violating the terms of her release by failing to obtain advance travel permission to make a professional appearance.

She is due back in court later this month.
