North Korea Disregards Trumps Threat and Fires 3 More Missiles
(FreshAsFrankie) North Korea disregarded tough talk from President Trump early Saturday, August 26, when the Kim Jong-Un government fired a series of missiles only one week after receiving praise from U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson for showing “restraint” in the face of a grave warning from Washington.

Earlier this month North Korea threatened to launch a missile that it projected would come within striking distance of Guam’s shore. The proposal caused a flare up in the already tense atmosphere brought upon the two nations following years of posturing and a recent U.N. resolution to impose sanctions on the Communist government. Kim Jong had even given a date for his launch, but he never followed through, and thus Saturday’s launch marked a predictable return to the provocations regularly staged by Pyongyang.

It is reported that of the three missiles launched from the Gangwon province, one blew up immediately and the other two traveled approximately 250km in the north-eastern direction.
