6-Year-Old Rapper and XXXTentacion Associate C Glizzy Shot in the Head
16-year-old rapper and associate of late rapper XXXTentacion, C Glizzy, was rushed to the hospital after being shot in the head on Saturday (June 15).
According to WPLG’s Madeleine Wright, C Glizzy, real name Christian Moore, was standing outside of a convenience store in his native Pompano Beach, Florida, when he came under gunfire. After the teen was struck in the head, his mother and brother rushed him to the hospital. On the way, the car crashed into a wall on a highway exit ramp, but they were able to make it to Broward Health North hospital. Moore was rushed into surgery to remove the bullet from his head, but his mother strongly believes that he’ll survive.
Madeleine Wright gave an update on Twitter, writing, “Doctors removed a bullet from the head of 16-year-old rapper CGlizzy during surgery at Broward Health North, according to his mother. @browardsheriff is searching for the assailant. CGlizzy was friends with XXXTentacion, who was fatally shot during an armed robbery last year.”
She added, “@CGlizzyofficial’s mom tells me he is heavily sedated and not talking right now, but she is expecting and hoping that he’ll survive the gunshot wound he sustained to the head. Someone opened fire on him as he was leaving a store on MLK Blvd. in Pompano Beach yesterday.”
