New details have become available about Aretha Franklin, as TMZ spoke to a source that revealed that she has been battling cancer and another who revealed that she could die soon.
Franklin was reportedly told a week ago by doctors that her health was declining, and TMZ says doctors told her family that Monday (August 13) is the day “Aretha will pass.”

According to reports, Aretha Franklin, 76, is “gravely ill” and surrounded by family at a Detroit hospital. While not many details are known about the situation, Franklin is said to be in serious condition.
