(NewsnMusic) Donald Trump has received a lot of criticism throughout his presidential campaign for being racist and prejudice; his supporters have been accused of holding those same ideals throughout the Republican’s dubious campaign. Now one Trump supporter, in particular, has created a firestorm after photos of black dummies being hung from a tree in their front lawn went viral.
In the problematic and racist photos, two stuffed dummies that appear to be black and dressed in baggy clothing were raised into the air by nooses and put on display in a suburban Florida neighborhood. Donald Trump signs were also on display around the home owner’s yard.
Two anonymous callers who said the sign and display were in adjoining yards phoned The Miami Times following the flack they received, insisting it was “scary for Halloween,” and that it’s “not racist, nothing political.” The New Times received an updated photo of the yard from the property owner with a sign posted in front of the display that read: “Please don’t be ignorant, it’s Halloween!”
