Eric Holder was indicted by a grand jury in documents that were unsealed on Tuesday (May 21) for killing Nipsey Hussle and wounding two other people.
Holder has pled not guilty to the charges associated with the indictment, which include one count each of murder and possession of a firearm by a felon and two counts each of attempted murder and assault with a firearm. Holder is scheduled to return for a pretrial hearing on June 18.
