Baltimore Officer Resigns After Video Shows Him Repeatedly Punching Man

Former Baltimore Police officer Arthur Williams was indicted on assault and misconduct charges and a warrant has been issued for his arrest, according to Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby. Williams resigned after a video showed him brutally beating Dashawn McGrier for refusing to show his ID. McGrier’s lawyer claims Williams had “a history of antagonizing and aggravating” McGrier.
