Kodak Black changed his plea to guilty in his federal weapons case on Thursday (August 22). This comes months after he pleaded not guilty to charges linked to falsifying information on federal forms to purchase three firearms.
According to authorities, Kodak is facing eight years in prison for the charges. The Miami rapper has remained behind bars since his arrest earlier this year, with a federal judge denying bond, stating that he believes Kodak is a danger to the community.
