He was murdered sometime on Monday, according to the post. Aside from Instagram, Ratchet has a song on YouTube that is approaching 8000 plays where he raps over 2Pac’s “Wonder Why They Call You B*tch” beat. His Soundcloud account has almost 500 followers and a song titled “Dede Way” that’s spun over 30k times. Based on his Instagram, Ratchet was a very active artist in the Shreveport area and recently released a project with another rapper named ugly.mvgazine. He left a quote on his account to let his fans know what he’s been up to. “New Music Otw, I Ain’t Gone Nowhere Y’all, We Just Been Doing Shows & On The Road Running Them Bands Up #Ratchet Life,” he wrote. One of his last performances seemed to be at a club in Pleasant Hill, LA on September 16. His final post featured him and two other members of his click sporting the same shirt in a convenience store.
