(FreshAsFrankie) According to TMZ Kim and Kanye are expecting their third child this coming January. The couple who have 2 children — North and Saint — hired a surrogate because of Kim’s medical condition placenta accreta. With this condition, the placenta attaches itself too deeply into the wall of the uterus and while their reality series has showcased Kim’s difficult pregnancies; We’re told that the condition became serious during the second pregnancy and can be life threatening if Kim tried to carry another baby.
Wanting to continue growing their family Kimye allegedly paid their surrogate $45K. She is prohibited from smoking, drinking or doing drugs during the pregnancy. Also, no hot tubs, hair dye, and raw fish.
