(NewsnMusic) On Tuesday night (Nov. 1), three people were shot during a drive-by shooting in southwest Atlanta, reports CBS’ Atlanta affiliate. One of the three people shot later died at Grady Memorial Hospital, according to authorities. The victim has been identified as 22-year old Demandril Jackson, also known as Man Man or Lil Money.
Man Man was the manager and uncle of Bankroll PJ, the six-year-old rapper, and nephew of the late Bankroll Fresh, who was shot and killed in March. Jackson was also in Jose Guapo’s XVL crew. Guapo posted a message about Man Man’s killing on Twitter, along with many others who expressed their condolences on social media.
The shooting occurred around 8 p.m. EST on the 600 block of Smith Street SW, also known as Bankroll Ave. The shooting reportedly stemmed from an argument between the gunman and the victims, with the gunman later returning to the scene and opening fire from inside a red pickup truck, according to police.
