DJ Khaled has officially cashed out on a new mansion in Miami Beach, retailing at $25.9 million.
While the contract is not officially locked in, the “We The Best” artist is looking at a 13,000 square foot crib with five bedrooms, a home theater, a double-height foyer, a marble fireplace, and an open chef’s kitchen.
Khaled will be purchasing the approximate 1-acre property from Michael Lerner, the man who created the Baby on Board car signs in the 1980’s.
Reportedly, Lerner built the mansion after scooping the land for $4.95 million in 2013, and then moved to Palm Beach.
The waterfront estate also features a bi-level gazebo, an outdoor shower, a four-bedroom guesthouse, and an 80-foot long swimming pool.
