(NewsnMusic) TMZ reports that former Remy Boyz member P-Dice has hit Fetty Wap with a lawsuit claiming money owed from chart-topping track “679.”
P-Dice says that he initially helped write the song with Fetty Wap in agreement that he would be paid 16.9% of profits from the track.
However, P-Dice states his lyrics were purposely cut from the track to avoid paying him and his share of the profits was reduced to 5%.
Now the rapper, who is featured heavily in the video for the song, is looking for $7 million from Fetty.
Also, the former Remy Boyz member says he was dropped from the collective by Fetty Wap in an attempt to avoid a beef.
This is not Fetty’s first hit track subject to a lawsuit, as the rapper in September was hit with a suitalleging that he stole the beat to “Trap Queen.”
